Autumn Tale (2000)

Suh Yoon-Joon (Song Seung HEON) and Yoon Eun-Suh (Song Hye Gyo) I always thought they were brothers. Eun-Suh is actually another family because it was changed at birth, but nobody knows about this fact until one day, when Eun-Suh is in a car accident. Their blood is tested only to discover that his blood type is totally different from his brother showing that they are not related at all. Following this discovery, his parents moved to the U.S., and Eun-Suh leave behind with their biological mother. Ten years later, Joon-Suh returns to Korea and start searching Eun-Suh. Their meeting, after being separated for ten years, brings back memories of his childhood and early fall in love. However, his love is not so easy because Joon-Suh already has a fiancee and Eun-Suh has a boyfriend, Han Tae-suk (Won Bin) who has loved his entire life. Despite this, still a close relationship until tragedy strikes and Eun-Suh discovers who has cancer. She continues to hide this from Suh Joon-up which is in its terminal phase.
